Suggest Cause And Remedy For Cramping And Pain During Intercourse

Hello, I have been having some infrequent cramping and pain durring intercourse. The morning after the worst pain I have had to date I passed a large sized grey type of tissue. It must have been about the size of a half dollar. Everything I am seeing online says I may have had a miscarriage, but my tubes were tied. Could I really have been pregnant and miscarried? I have a history of endometriosis as well as ovarian cysts, but this pain was much higher by my belly button. And the clump of tissue was really hard. Please help.

hi healthcare magic user, please confirm that you were not pregnant with blood test called serum BHCG.
if the test is negative then it's not pregnancy.
then you will need evaluation to know cause.
please get local examination done from gynecologist.
pelvic ultrasound done to rule out any mass, endometrial thickness evaluation.
please don't neglect it could be old pregnancy or premalignant lesion also.
