Suggest Cause And Remedy For Pain In Both Hamstrings And Calf Muscles

Hi I just had minor dental surgery - 4 teeth removed & bone grafting & entire mouth deep tissue cleaning. I have been taking Penicilin & 800mg of Ibuprofen. I finished my medication 1 week's dosage & am now having tons of pain at the back of both my legs - hamstrings & the calf muscles. Any idea what it could be?
