Suggest Cause And Remedy For Painful Knee With Numbness

numbness starting from feet traveling uowards to kness and sometimes hamstring area underthe knees and on both sides of knees its pain sensitive to clothes toucth but when I actually touch it its not severe pain howevere outerside of legs are stiff . left side is more effected then right Same scenario on the lower arems

You can take over the counter analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen and do hot fomentation.

There might be osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Visit an orthopaedician who will go for x rays and blood work.
