Suggest Cause And Remedy For Raised Bumps On Chest And Neck

I have many raised flesh/light pink colored bumps all over my arms, stomach, chest, back and neck. They itch a little and get worse when I scratch them. My chest has so many that it almost feels Scaley. I have had them for about 3 days and they are getting worse. I have no fever or cold symptoms.

Hello,
By your explanation of symptoms it seems to be what is called as Hives or Urticaria. A type of an allergic reaction, since you do not have fever that excludes any systemic involvement in body.
Treatment shall consist of anti-histaminic tablet for acute episode.
