Suggest Cause And Remedy For Severe Pain In Rib Cage And Fever

I have a friend in the hospital right now and the Dr.'s are baffled. He has severe pain under his rib cage, stomachache, diarrhea, severe head pain, 103 fever, and 1 eye is red and lazy. They are calling in an infectious disease dr. and a neurologist. They had thought diverticulitis or crohn's disease but I believe they ruled it out now.

Hello,

go for usg abdomen and if required for CT abdomen also.

Get done stool reports also to rule out infection.

Get done chest xray also to rule out any infection in lungs.
