Suggest Cause And Remedy For Severe Pain Shooting Down The Leg

Hi, Last year I was in an auto accident and had to have surgery in the L1, thru S1 region, this process involved in intrabody cage, several plates, multiple bone grafts. I continued to have severe pain and recently found out that I have a tumor on the spinal cord in the L3-4 region, but for the last month I have been experiencing severe intermittent vibrating sensation that shoots to the tailbone, down around the pelvic region and down my right leg and always associated with severe pain shooting down the leg. This sounds so crazy, the vibrating doesn't hurt but the pain radiates in the same areas. Could you please tell me what this is? It is about to drive me crazy!
