Suggest Cause And Remedy For Sharp Pains In The Uteral Area

i am having sharp shooting pains in my uteral area,im 2 weeks 2 days lat eon my period,however this is d secong time this cramps are happening,the first instance was january of this year my period was also late,i didnot get a period for march my cycle is 36 days ...do you know wat could be the problem?
