Suggest Cause And Remedy For Very Light Periods

Hi, 3 months ago I had a heavy period, really really heavy. Now this month and last month it's been extremely light. Only lasting a day or two. Is there a reason for this? As well as that, there is small clots of blood almost like a pinky guey jelly. Can you give me some advice?
