Suggest Cause For Breathing Issues With Heart Pain & Blur Vision

sometimes when im doing something or something is bothering me my heart starts beating really fast and start feeling sick and shaky and my vision becomes weird. Also my heart starts to hurt and my breathing becomes abnormal. i know i might have panic disorder but i wanted to make sure if it could be anything else
