Suggest Cause For Bumps Like Sore With Hair Growth

i ve had a sore on my back and it had a hard hair-like growth the size of a sewing neddle in it; i pulled it out with tweezers. i thought it was getting better but recently a small bump came in the same spot. i popped it and a few days later the hair-like growth came back. do you have any clue what it is?
