Suggest Cause For Discomfort In The Stomach?

Good day I was using nur-isterate injection ,then I switched to petogen injection and ever since I started using petogen I haven t spot any bleeding and I have this discomfort in my stomach is it normal or I might be pregnant or this discomfort is caused by something else

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that if you are on some hormone preparation then this could cause such discomfort in lower abdomen and some time also causes psychological disturbances, take care and have a nice day.
