Welcome to HCM!

This is Dr. Sridhar and I will be answering your question.

Well, as per the history given by you, I certainly feel that you are having a condition called Anaemia.

Anaemia is a term used when the hemoglobin level in your blood is below the normal level.

I'd suggest you to get your blood hemoglobin tested and confirm the findings.
If detected, then it is a curable conditions. You'll be required to take Iron supplements in the form of tablets or injections, depending upon the degree of your anemia.
It is also essential to find out the cause of anemia, for which you'd have to visit your treating doctor and get investigated accordingly.

Hope I''ve answered your query. Feel free to ask if you have doubts.
Kindly rate my answer.
