Suggest Cause For Facial Flushing In Adults

I have been having chronic adult onset facial flushing for about a year now. Doctor was thinking thyroid problems but TSH came back 3.35. I have looked at the symptoms for this and other than the "sunburn" look and some sensitivity to cold, I don't seem to fit in either hypo or hyper. Can you think of anything else this facial flushing might be? age 64, F, fit, 132 lbs
