Suggest Cause For Fatigue, Clogs In Ear In Athletes
Hi, after I am a life-long athlete used to prolonged, strenuous exercise. But lately, the last 3 months or so, I get fatigued extremely easily, sweat a lot more, and take a lot longer to recover. I also have this clogged feeling in my right ear after working out, and sometimes when I speak I can hear the echo of my speach.
Thank you for asking! fatigue in athletes is most likely due to some electrolytes imbalances. A little physiotherapies would make that work like charm. And the clogged ear needs an otorhinolaryngological examination and might need some cleaning and suctioning for this likely wax. It may itself be the cause for the fatigue and little under the weather. Get to an otorhinolaryngologist and let them decide what is best for you. take care
