Suggest Cause For Frequent Fever Attacks With Headache & Vomitting

I have had fevers at night for the last 2 nights I had a vomiting attack 24 hours ago I have a headache and only ate toast for 2 days. I ve just had some porridge. I am a fit 67 year old playing a lot of tennis and golf and flew back from South Africa to the UK on Thursday morning. When exhausted I get these symptoms. Do you think that this attack is just one of my typical attacks. Peter
