Suggest Cause For Hardening Of Testicle After Sex

I just had sex and within a few moments after finishing, my left testicle became harder than the right and it felt like I was just kicked in the growing. It lasted for about 15 minutes but the left is still harder than the right. Is it possible to have a crap after an orgasm? First time this has ever happened to me and I am 44.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
There is nothing to have a crap like this after an orgasm.
It is possible that during/ after sexual act the musculature supporting to the testis - has gone into spasm and caused a ''torsion'' giving to this finding of hardness of the testis and pain.

Consult a Surgeon / Urologist ASAP as the clinical diagnosis and ultrasonography along with color doppler examination may give an urgent clue and get operated immediately to relive the pain and save the testicle.
