Suggest Cause For Headache With Constipation

I am a male of 64 years.Since yesterday my head is spinning and I am not able to stand.I am also suffering from constipation.I also got my B.P checked but it was normal.I had cold for the last couple of days and my nose was blocked.Please advice what can be the cause of my head reeling?

Hi.
The cause of head spinning is obviously an attack of flu.
The viruses attack the balance apparatus directly.
Constipation again can be die to eating less or dehydration.
Take plenty or oral fluids and full diet to have normal stools , May also take a mild laxative only if required.
