Suggest Cause For Lightheadedness With Cold Sweats

My husband felt very light headed while in a business meeting. left the meeting and has broke out in a cold sweat. he s very tired, cool to the touch. states his feet and face feel cold but it s 71 degrees in the house. he is a heavy smoker and hasn t had much to eat today.

this could be due to the reduced blood supply to the brain and other parts of the body, may have been cause due to atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries. The other possiblity might be a reduced blood pressure. You can treat for both since both the treatments could contradict each other, so it is advisable to go to a clinic and do a basic workup.
