Suggest Cause For Nausea With Fatigue

Hello Dr.I am a 46 yr. old female. I have been experiencing constant nausea, distention in my stomach, pressure in my anal region, flush in color, fatigue, loss of appetite and my eye s feel glazed over.Do you have any suggestion s? Already went to my Primary. Thank you, In Discomfort

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be suggestive of some infection and it could be GI tract infection on tentative basis it can be given try with Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, some time it could be nonspecific you can wait for some time with controlling your thought instead given try with medicines hope this information helps.
