Suggest Cause For Numbness In Foot

Hello- Last night my left foot became numb not so much tingling at all, but I still have this numbness today. When I touch the side nearest my pinkie toe it hurts really bad. I don't recall injuring it at all. I went to the gym yesterday morning, however this didn't happen until yesterday evening.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the arthritis of the joints of the foot.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
