Suggest Cause For Pressure Around The Arms In Diabetic Patients

my mother is a diabetic patient and also has pressure problems,,,, sometimes she experiences sever pain starting from her arms through the side of her breast and all the way down to side of her waist, sometimes the pain is sever,,, what can be the cause for it?

Hi.

Best to get an EKG conducted for her, having both diabetes and hypertension there is a higher risk for cardiac abnormalities. Best to get an elaborate profile and the next time she has such pain, please report to an ER.
