Hello

Sudden headache may be due to injury or sinus block or sub arachnoid bleed or middle ear infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. It may complete history and scan findings. So please consult with your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
