Suggest Cause For Tingling In The Bottom Of The Feet

I am in the military and I am currently deployed to Afghanistan. I recently took a Physical Fitness test and since then when I sit in my work chair the bottoms of my feet tingle like they are going to sleep but the feel really cold but they are sweating in my boots. Any suggestions?
