Suggest Cause & Medication For Watery Discharge From Anus During Fart

I am 43 years old healthy man but for the last four months I feel watery discharge from anus specially when I fart or when I feel urge to go to bathroom. Sometime when I walk I feel some discharge though I don't have any urge to go to bathroom. Please suggest a homeopathic medicine

Your issue is related to incontinence of rectal spincter. As you said about a discharge from anus along with flatus, i would like to know whether you have fecal incontinence? Are you able to control the urge to pass motion? Are there any itching or burning pain at any given time in or around the anus?
There are many causes for such a symptom. A proper treatment plan can be given once i receive all the details relating to the condition. Meanwhile there is nothing to worry.
If i were to prescribe a medicine with the given details, it would be Aloe 200 or 30 depending on the severity.
