Suggest Cause & Remedy For Bumps On Pubic Hair

Im a white male and I have a few small red bumps that are close to the top of my pubic hair. They do not hurt or itch. The last time I shaved was 3-4 weeks ago with hair clippers. They probably appeared about a week ago. Have had the same partner for the last 6 months. Any ideas?

Red bumps in pubic area usually indicates foci of folliculitis that can be treated with antibiotics for a few days.
Anyhow,to have clear cut idea,we need a more detailed history and a direct inspection.Your doctor will guide you.
