Suggest Cause & Treatment For Blotchy Skin In Forearms & Hand

For as long as I can remember I have had very blotchy (Red and White) skin on my forearms and hands (Palms and the backs).

This has never caused an issue for me but I was just wondering what it is that causes this and if it can be helped with diet or anything else.

I don't get pins and needles often and I don't get any sort of discomfort.
