OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Gardenella vaginalis causes bacterial vaginosis which is a vaginal infection. It can lead to decreased fertility, however it is not a common cause of infertility.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get your vaginal swab examined, and further antibiotics should be given accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
