Suggest Chances Of Recovery With Seizures And Low Speech Development In Children

My child is having seizure problem , she is under medication....she is 3 yrs old still not walking, no speech and development delay is also there... she is undergoing physio therapy,occupational and speech therapy.... please suggest me how soon she will get recover
