Suggest Complete Solution For Chronic Itch On My Vaginal Lips
I have had a problem with a chronic itch in my nether region for years. It seems to be more prevalent in the winter. It is worst around the anus, but also itchy on the inside of the lips of my vagina. I use hydrocortisone when the problem gets too bad, but it is fairly chronic and I want to put an end to it.

Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of fungal (Tinea) infection. Hydrocortisone will only provide symptomatic relief. Antifungals are required to treat the infection.
You can apply Lotrimin ointment twice daily for 14 days. Follow up with your primary provider for oral antifungals.
