Suggest Consequences With Below Knee Amputation

Dear doctor,I am a below knee amputee and walk around with the help of a prosthetic limb. I want to know what kind of problems below knee amputees go through in the later phase of life.....as in after there 30's or after marriage. How can it affect my sex life or other areas of life. Does it pose an additional threat if i suffer from diabetes.
