Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion as you have irregular periods the ovulation might be irregular so chance of pregnancy is less.But to prevent you might take ipill within 72 hours of unprotected sex.But if that time is passed then you cant prevent and only terminate the pregnancy if it is there.Anyway take ipill only under the supervision of local doctor as untoward symptoms like heavy bleeding might occur.
