Suggest Cream For Swollen Wound In The Butt

I have a wound where my underwear line is that has been discharging clear, sticky fluid and sometimes blood. It is swollen and very painful, the area is approx. 2x2. Due to the area it is hard to keep a bandage on it or it will stick to my pubic hair.

Hello,

Keep the wound clean, wash and dry it. Use an antiseptic / antibacterial soap like Ketotosc anti-bacterial soap, margo, neem soap, etc. Take regular bath and wash clothes frequently in hot water. You can apply Bactroban lotion locally on the area affected. Avoid touching, scratching or picking it.

Take a course of antibiotics like Ampilox or Augmentin orally for faster recovery. Take acetaminophen, one SOS to ease pain, swelling, redness, etc. Control on your sugar intake. Avoid addictions if any. Take healthy home made balanced food. Avoid trans fat, refined flour, packaged, frozen, junk food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
