Suggest Cure For A Bruise On The Index Finger

For no reason my left index finger began to swell. it was very painful. After about 30 minutes it went back to almost normal. It is now very brusied. I can move it fine. It did not injury this finger in any way. It just started to swell. I am on anti biotics for a bladder infection.
