Suggest Cure For A Bruise On The Knee

had a cut and bruised knee after a fall durign a game of cricket. Cleaned it wth dettol antiseptic and put betadine ointment on the same for a few days. Now the skin surrounding the cut has developed boils (like from burns) and the boils have watery fluid. What should I do ?
