I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Apthous Stomatitis that is an inflammation of the mucous membranes present inside the mouth and is secondary to dry mouth.. Dry mouth can be due to a number of causes like allergic reaction to any medication, salivary gland dysfunction, oral infections like Thrush, nerve damage supplying salivary gland, diabetes etc.. You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment of the underlying cause will resolve the problem.. As of now you can take supportive treatment like chewing sugar free chewing gums for stimulating saliva flow. Using artificial saliva drops and drinking plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
