Suggest Cure For A Pigmentation Problem

Thank you, I am a 65 year old black female, and for the last 6 months I have had a severe case of itchy face, then I noticed that my face had started turning a greyish/black color. I went to a dermatologist, but they seem to have not clue what is wrong.

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
From your description it seems you are having Ashy dermatosis but its difficult to say anything until clinical examination.
