Suggest Cure For A Spinal Condition

I'm an OTR with a 21 y.o. female patient, 415 pounds, recent sx for spinal stenosis: no twisting, bending, etc. She can stand with support for 2 minutes. We do not have a lift that can support her so we cannot get her OOB. I am trying to find treatment ideas: activities, exercises, etc, that work withing limits of back precautions. Any suggestions for resources?
