Suggest Cure For A Swollen Cheek Caused By A Fall

Two weeks ago I had a fall and injured my face. My right eye is still black and my right upper cheek is swollen with lump that is about the size of a plum and very hard. I have avoided seeing the doctor as I look so dreadful, so have spent the Christmas period at home alone. Will this heal on it's own?
