Suggest Cure For A Vaginal Discharge

my sister--in-law is going through a difficult time healing vaginally after childbirth her son is now 7 months old. She still has discharge, occasional involuntary urination while exercising and intercourse is almost impossible. two trips back to the obgyn have yielded no solutions - any thoughts Doc?
