I have missed my period by 3 days. I am unmarried. This month I have started excising to stay fit. Further I was taking a tablet called Zincovit which is a dietary supplement, but unfortunately for this month I forgot to take it for most of the days. Now due to delayed periods I have a lower abdominal pain and discomfort. Please let me know the reason and what I could do to get them back on time because I have never missed my cycle.
