Suggest Cure For Abdominal Pain
good morning sir, I am suffering from lower abdomen pain for the last one year. Basically i am from andaman. Because of acute medical facilities here the problem was not so far identified. At my effort, knowing my condition, i started browsing the internet keeping in view of my symptoms. I suspect of endometriosis. My symptoms is chrnic pain in the lower abdomen for around ten days before the start of mentstrual period. Now we are planning to get treatment in chennai. Actually we are now confused where to get the proper treatment and how much it will cost, actual duration of the treatment. Noted your history of lower abdominal pain for the last 1 year. I know Andaman has low facilities. Pain in the lower abdomen 10 days prior to menstrual periods and the chronic nature suggests you need the Following:
Diagnostic Laparoscopy under the care of a Gynecologist and a Laparoscopic Surgeon would help you to get a proper diagnosis as well as the treatment by excision of the diseased parts help help you permanently.
Any big City in India will have this facility and your thought of Chennai is a good choice. Which hospital to go to is a matter of your search with friends, relatives and Family Doctors .
Before gong to a hospital better to get investigated for routine blood, urine, stool, ultrasonography and if required CT scan of the whole abdomen including pelvis as this will save your lots of time.
