Suggest Cure For An Infection In The Throat

Hi. Since last Monday I developed a lump like feeling in my throat and a thick mucus feeling. As of today, the lump feeling has basically gone away, but I still feel the need clear my throat more than usual. Wednesday night of this week I started feeling a little sick to my stomach, I didn t think anything of it. Thursday I felt the same nauseous feeling off and on throughout the day. And today, I feel it constantly. I ate a little something, but just really did not feel hungry. What could be going on with me stomach?
