Suggest Cure For An Infection In The Vagina

Hi, I have just looked at my vagina as i have a painful pea like lump between it and my anus. Because i was looking i noticed that inside my vagina there looks like a strange worm like structure that isn't painful and is definitely part of me....! just wondered if this sounds normal or not....and what the painful lump could be :(
