Suggest Cure For An Infection On The Vagina

I'm a sexually active teen and have been sexually active just recently. The morning after I found I was spotting blood even tho I haven't had my period in almost two years. Then after the bleeding stopped my vaginal area became sore. Just yesterday I came down with a high fever and have had a sore throat for the past week and a half . I also have aches and pains EVERYWHERE!! I've done research online and I'm quite scared with the results . And I also have little pimple like bumps in and around my vaginal area and it hurts when I pee
