Hi i have a bit of itching on the right side of my vagina, and i also have a bit of discharge that is white/yellowish what is that?

and i also noticed that on the right side of my labia minora looked like there was pealing so when i pealed it it looked like a scab in a way and it started to bleed a tiny bit, what does that mean?
