Suggest Cure For Ankle & Waist Pains Which Is Causing Difficulty In Movement

my uncle 68 age. getting ankle & waist pains. he is unable start moving around.If starts he will continue for some time. If he sit/lays he will take so much time to start again. muscles are not cooperating him. local doctor told him that there was a problem in vertibra , vertibra joints,and he need specialist advise.after using medicine he got some relief. Now again started. Now he is not taking medicine from 10 days. suggest what can we do?
