Suggest Cure For Blisters Appearing On The Hands

I get these little like "blisters", about the size of the head of a straight pin, if not smaller, on my hands, usually my fingers. I got the last year, and they seemed to have come back. I might have been getting them for years, but was drumming from 05 - 08 and might have passed them off as blisters from drumming. I'm trying to figure out what these little "blisters" are and if they are anything serious. Ooh and they like to cluster.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history you are having pompholyx. My treatment advice is-
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm B cream.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
