Suggest Cure For Bump On My Wrist

i have a problem with my wrist for 2 months now.It is sore when i bend it all the way back and a bump which feels like a bone appears when bend forward it located right were the hand meets the arm. I have it x-rayed but showed nothing i cant aford 600 euro MRI scan iv been givin anti-inflamatry gel which kinda helps but pain wont leave help
p.s its not a ganglion cyst at least i dont think so the bump it that huge but is noticable to me only when bent forward
