Suggest Cure For Bump On The Baby Finger

I sprained my baby finger about a month ago playing football the finger has healed but there is a bump that is tender to the right of my first knuckle. I can still move it but in it gets tender when I squeeze the finger in a clenched position? can you help with what is wrong?
