Suggest Cure For Enlarged Uterus

i am 44 years old . ihave on son 22 years old . i suffered pain in lower part of my stomach so i went to my doctor and did transvaginal folliculometry test . the report was as follow:-
>The uterus is avf ,enlarged in size , measuring 11.1*7.1*6.4 cm
>The myometrium is homogenous with no focal lesions
>The endometrium is well visualized , measuring 13 mm ,in thickness , with adequate follicular changes
>left ovary is of normal size (25*31 mm) it shows few small follicles , largest follicle = 15mm
>Right ovary :- is mildly enlarged in size (44*45 mm) it shows a well defined complicated cyst with turbid internal fluid content , measuring 31*21*25 mm , with no internal septations or soft tissue component
>no free fluid in cil de sac
>opinion :- right ovarian small complicated cyst as fore described for further follow up
